Visited for lunch with a large group. The staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond for my sassy 96yr old grandfather in a wheelchair. The food was really delicious, we ended up trying eachothers' meals because they were too good to keep to ourselves. When we arrived it was pouring rain, and a bit chilly. Needless to say we were soaked and the staff brought our group a stack of warm towels which were my appreciated! The view was incredible once the rain subsided. After eating, we walked around the hotel grounds along the rocky coastline, which made for great photos. We ended up having a great time and agreed this was the best meal we had during the entire trip. Highly recommend.

Beach house is a very good restaurant there is a large selection of options with some Asian twist in some food. The Hamburger was prepared wonderfully and the French fries were cooked excellently, the shrimp ceviche was excellent with a soy glaze and guacamole. The lobster roll is cooked very well. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Played the tourist thing and fought the awesomely-timed Haleiwa junction construction to check out old Turtle Bay, which I probably haven’t been to in 40 years, if not ever. We chose Beach House by Roy’s and it was an awesome experience. Workers are all outstanding and the restaurant itself is super chill. Outdoors, but cool, breezy, and shady. Wife had a signature martini which was awesome. Our party ordered the garlic shrimp, steak, and Korean chicken, burger, and lobster Mac and cheese. Everyone loved their meals. I probably won’t come out here too often just because I live on the exact other side of the island from this place, but if I was headed up north shore and wanted a classy local-style restaurant with great service, this is the place.

Never had a bad meal or experience here. The food is always so delicious, and the service is as incredible as the view and island you're enjoying. We've been there for brunch, lunch and dinner... Definitely recommend the upside-down cake, I would literally fly there for that any day Definitely worth the 20min wait.... maybe order 2

Beautiful atmosphere...cool breezes while watching the waves crash. Amazing! Great mai tai and good wine list. The iniki sushi roll will blow your mind. So fresh and delicious!!! The goat cheese “sweet land farm” dip was savory and had a truffle undertone. Really yummy. And the Chilean sea bass was good, not the best I’ve ever had, but very tasty. Overall a great experience!

We had never been to the Ritz Carlton property at Turtle Bay, came hoping to catch turtles coming in at sunset. The staff at the beach house were very gentle and honest with the answer that turtles rarely come ashore here anymore, probably due to the high density of guests. So instead we decided to sit for a while and enjoy the sun going down, and the waves crashing on the breakers, and the palm trees swinging in the breeze...with a drink at the bar of Roy Yamaguchi's Beach House. I ordered the spicy mai tai and my friend her zero proof tropical delight a.k.a. POG passionfruit orange juice and guava drink. The drinks were superb. We decided to order the beet and burrata salad and the calamari to nosh. We were presented with some deliciously seasoned edamame while we waited for our appetizers. We were also offered hand wipes which were wonderful given the time we had spent in salty water today. The Beet and Barada salad arrived perfectly crisp and was incredibly delicious. Unfortunately our calamari arrived cold. That was unexpected, but given it was actually cold, not even warm, decided given that we would simply return it, and call it a night. Our drinks had delicious and the salad had been tasty with a tangy, refreshingly dressing and the beets prepared perfectly. Our server/bartender Makani, who was very professional and made an excellent mai tai, was clearly apologetic. We had requested the tab to head out, when within maybe three minutes a hot sizzling dish of beef tobinyaki arrived with a warm bowl of rice. It was a complete surprise and turned out to be an utterly delightful substitute. The complementary replacement for the calamari was both time sensitive, and exceptionally well-made. We thoroughly enjoyed taking several minutes to inhale the delicious dish before completing our tab. The experience was such a good recovery that we asked to speak with a manager. As it turned out the GM Keith was on the other side of the bar checking in so we were able to take a few minutes with him to report our outstanding customer service experience. With humility and professionalism he apologized for the delayed dish just as Makani had. His concern for excellent Customer Service was clearly evident. I can tell you that dish was excellent but more importantly the customer service at this restaurant/bar easily serving 120 customers was exceptional for the two of us. Also during our time there a party with someone who had a physical disability arrived and that client was treated with the same courtesy in regard as everyone else. It's wonderful when the facility is accessible for persons with disabilities something that matters to me significantly. I highly recommend this beachside bar experience if you are on Oahu and come to the North Shore. It's worth taking a moment to sit at the bar and enjoy the wildness of the ocean at a distance while receiving exceptional customer service. I think this is the caliber of Hospitality that epitomizes Hawaiian graciousness and the spirit of aloha. Mahalo to Roy Yamaguchi and Ritz Carlton for having exceptional staff like Makani, and for hosting such an excellent facility on the North hub of Oahu.

Food was very flavorful! We were a large party and made a reservation. Service was great but sometimes felt rushed and then other times I couldn’t find the server. Drinks were delicious! Photos are of the Pre Fixe menu which we highly recommend!

The Roy Yamaguchi Beach House Restaurant is superb in every way. The food and experience here is at a high level. Service is welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We started with the “Sweet Land Farm” Dip. It’s warm goat cheese, and mango chutney with honey sweet rolls. It is to die for! Absolutely wonderful. My wife and I also had the Chilean Seas Bass lobster fried rice, pea greens, and garlic black pepper. The fish was done perfectly and it was a delicious entree. For dessert we had Caramelized Pineapple Butter Rum Cake with caramel foster sauce, and vanilla bean ice cream. The overall dining experience is at the highest level and strongly recommend it.
